Prescription pickup
Prescription pickup is available only when the pharmacy and client have authorized pickup. Clients should not send medication names, diagnoses, DOB, insurance information, or private medical information by text or through the website.
Pet and home visits
Pet visits are limited to cats, senior pets, and small dogs with safe temperaments. Snowbird home checks are simple visual check-ins and do not include repairs, inspections, security guarantees, or property management.
Pricing and cancellation
Starter pricing is informational. Final pricing is confirmed before booking based on distance, number of stops, timing, access, and scope. Cancellation and payment terms should be confirmed with the owner before launch.
